Apartment Renovation

Located in one of New Jersey’s most luxurious locations, this beautiful french-traditional style home had not been upgraded in more than 30 years. The property is absolutely stunning, however, the kitchen was starting to look a little too out-dated compared to the rest of the home. The owners had been debating on remodeling the kitchen for the last couple years, but they were afraid of what the new kitchen might look like. A R K K I F Y was the perfect method for them to see a realistic 3D design of what their future kitchen could look like.

The   A R K K I F Y   Solution

With this project, we tried out multiple layout options based on the client’s design goals and what their concerns were with the existing kitchen. Since the home owners host a lot of gatherings at their home, their main goal was to have more space for seating and entertainment in the kitchen. We were able to present several layout options which not only maximized the seating, but also created more storage and cabinet space. Given the property had a traditional appeal to it, we designed the kitchen in a “modern-traditional” style so that it would harmonize with the rest of the house. They were surprised to know that the layout they had in mind before discussing with A R K K I F Y would not have looked the way they thought it would. After some discussions, the homeowners were able to select the layout that would fulfill their desires in their dream kitchen.
